Our case of the month for July 2018 involves teeth straightening using lingual braces. Lingual braces are placed on the inside of the teeth rather than on the outside, which makes them the only INVISIBLE brace. If you dread the thought of traditional metal train tracks or just could not commit to the regimented regime of Invisalign, this could be the technique for you. Here is our case:

Our case of the month for June is a Social 6 lingual brace to correct the upper front teeth. The Social 6 lingual brace is excellent for straightening the front 4 teeth, or the incisor teeth. The canine teeth are the anchors of the brace. Hence, the brace is placed on 6 teeth but can only correct the front 4 teeth.

Our case of the month for November 2017 is one of our favourite treatments. This technique can completely transform your smile without the need for cutting teeth, without any injections, without any pain and it is affordable. We call it ABC. A is for alignment. Aligning teeth into the correct position is essential for cosmetic dentistry. Without correct alignment, a great smile cannot be achieved. We use a number of teeth alignment systems. In this case, a Social 6 lingual brace was used. This is an amazing brace and one that we have great experience with. B is for bleaching. Tooth whitening enhances a smile ten fold. Clean, fresh and white looking teeth illuminates a smile and radiates confidence. Our favourite system is the Philips ZOOM LED in chair whitening, which is simply astounding. C is for cosmetic bonding. As adults, often our teeth have been subject to wear and tear. This leaves them uneven at the edges which can be unslightly once they are straight. Composite bonding is a great option to enhance the smile without having to cut teeth down for porcelain veneers or crowns. Here are the before and after photographs:

Today is the 1st September and officially the end of Summer time. It's back to school time (we remember that horrible feeling with the school adverts on TV) and parents are buying shoes, trousers, pencil cases and lunch boxes. Anyway, please don't be too depressed. Think about how a new gleaming smile will enhance your mood for the dark days ahead.

With fantastic modern techniques and skilled dentistry, we can enhance your smile without having to cut your teeth, give any injections and painlessly. As an added bonus, these techniques are far less costly than traditional cosmetic dentistry.

One of our most loved techniques is ABC:

A is for alignment- straighten teeth quickly and discreetly

B is for bleaching- everyone deserves whiter teeth

C is for composite bonding- correct those imperfections with skilled sculpting and bonding

Here is a recent case completed by Dr Nissit Patel:

Our case of the month for August is one involving a Social 6 lingual brace for the lower front teeth. Our client really disliked the crowding with the lower front teeth and was desperate for a solution prior to her wedding.

The Social 6 lingual brace is attached to just the front 6 teeth acting on the front 4 teeth i.e the Social aspect of your smile. It is also placed on the INSIDE of the teeth and hence is the only 'invisible' brace. Due to the great technology of the brackets and wires and the skill of our Principle Dentist Dr Nissit Patel, we can straighten the front teeth in a matter of weeks rather than years.

We forgot to post our case of the month for April 2017! Well, it is worth waiting for! The case highlights what can be done with modern day dentistry- straight teeth in a matter of weeks without anyone knowing that you are wearing a brace! Just take a look:

We strongly believe in creating beautiful smiles naturally. MI dentistry is the key phrase- minimally invasive. In the past, cosmetic dentistry involved cutting teeth down for porcelain veneers. Even though they look beautiful, there is a down side. Eventually, they will need replacing and this will mean even more tooth loss. Why risk it? We have the ultimate solution; the Progressive Dentistry Smile using ABC A is for alignment B is for bleaching C is for cosmetic bonding Just take a look at a recent case:
